I HAVE A FERGUSON TO 20 When you put the gear shift in the start position. to startthe engine it wont turn over. What do I NEED TO LOOK FOR. Thanks

first did it ever start in the start position or is this tractor new to you. other than that is your battery good and all conections good? if so it will nave to be the switch that is on the gear shifter is under the battery on top of the trans. housing you will see two heavy battery cabels going to it [MAKE SURE TRACTOR IS IN [[[[[NEUTEAL]]]]]] use a scerw driver and jump across the post if tractor turns over it thr switch if it don't you have something else is wrong
