Don't get me wrong, I love my TO-20, but consider what you will use the tractor for first over what tractor. A few year newer tractor will get you things that you may wish you had. Things like position control or live PTO are very nice. Also you can count on having to fix things on these older tractors, but most of us like to tinker anyway. Good luck, read this web great info here which ever way you go.

Hi, If you go back in these archives, I think you'll find a comparison of a ferguson vs a Ford. More horsepower...from my observation less maint. and much easier valve adjustment when necessary. I have a to20, and the 30 is improved... I personally would say ferguson. Good luck, and have fun.

I purchased the TO30 and mowed my 4 acres yesterday, and it never missed a beat. That TO30 ran strong with no hesitation, through 3 feet of grass and a little brush. Thanks for yall's input.
