I am a little confused here you say you have a TO30 with a high and low shift. A TO30 didnt have a a high and low as standard it had just one gear lever on top of the gearbox, it could either be a TO 30 and someone has fitted a reduction gearbox to it or its a TO35 which would have a high and low lever like you say. If we assume its a TO35 if you remove the oil filler cap alongside the main gearlever and get a long strong screwdriver or something similar you can move the selector for the high and low into correct position for the lever to go back into selector. If its fitted with a reduction gearbox on a TO30 we need to know to advise you.

what i was comenting on is a step up which would be on the right side as your sitting on it and down by your foot that was installed by ferguson dealerships unless he has a 35 yes it would be by the shifting lever
