ok i have spent a hour or so searching the site and am confused, i am wanting to get a bushhog for my tractor but dont know what size. the field is all grass and has no big obstuctions of any kind, i know most people say use a 5 foot and some a 6 foot, can i go the happy middle and go with a 5 1/2 foot or will it handle a 6 foot ok? thanks, chris

i have a 5ft king cutter on mine and cut a feild once a month with it. i have never had any problems at all. one also i cut in 3rd gear. i strongly recomend a over run clutch for the pto it does come in handy.
