I recently accquired a Fergerson tractor the engine # is 9nI83686 the I.D. tag has type #5P-EO-21 and ser# 28805 on it. So far I have had no luck in finding out what model it is. I would like to purchase a parts and service manuel. Any help would be really appreciated.

I would have to agree with Matt Doyle on this one with it probly being a Ford 2n. They looked very much like the ferguson, even the same color gray. I belive they even had a tag on the front of the hood that said that it was equiped with the ferguson system and that might be were you are getting mislead.

With 9N at the beginning of the serial # (9N183686), I think what you have is a 1945 Ford 2N.

dear sirs; i have an massey diesel tractor and i was wondering wher i could get parts for it its deisel and it was supposed to be recalled and a 3 cyl. perkins was suppose to be installed. mine never was i have a 4 cyl. standard diesel. the moter was supposed to be made in england. finding parts has been tough . but i really know better. i can get parts for guns made in 1800"s surely tractor parts can be obtained. most of the time tractor places want to trade in for a new one but i can't afford that. the serial # is sdm 194319 is 1943 the year it was made? or what year is it any information will be greatly appreciated thank you
