I have taken bowl from fuel filter to clean filter when put back no fuel flows> I think because of an air lock. Does anyone know how I can rectify this matter.

If no fuel flows into the lift pump then thats probably a blocked fuel line and it will need blowing out with an air line. Alternatively it could be blocked where the fuel tank meets the fuel line so you will need to drain the tank, and take off the tank, the tap and clean it all out.
But to bleed the fuel system (getting rid of air locks) you will need to loosen the bleed screw first at the left side of the fuel filter and pump with the lift pump until its steady fuel, no bubbles, then tighten that screw and do the same to the right hand side one on the fuel filter, tighten that then go to the one on the pump and do that. Make sure that you dont tighten them until the fuel is flowing with no bubbles, and tighten whilst pumping so that no more air goes in. Also, after you done all this, loosen the nuts where the fuel line goes to the engine (if they are on the outside), pull the stop out and crank it over a few times and tighten them whilst cranking, keep cranking and she should start.
