Yep, I got the 1945 John Deere B running today. I along with new spark plugs and wires I put in a new condenser and she fired up with a little help from starter fluid. Ran it and drove it around for about a half hour to warm it up and work any kinks out if it. It hadnt run for months. I guess that I need to start it up more often to keep it in good running shape.
The 1951 John Deere B in the picture is not running yet as I stole the carb off of it to get the 1945 John Deere B going.
The 1948 John Deere A and my 1948 Farmall C are my best running tractors. Both start up very easy.
I still need to put my 1942 John Deere B's engine back together, but most likly will do a full restoration on it as I want to make it my show tractor. I was my grandpas tractor so I want to restore it in his memory.
