One of the toughest things a parent must do is kick the fledglings out of the nest. But all the hard work as a parent will be for nothing if the child is not allowed to grow up. Childhood is about eternal summer vacation, etc. Adulthood is about cuts, scrapes and bruises...AND the satisfaction of standing on your own feet and succeeding to the best of your ability.
