Got this Mitsubishi mighty max truck that is giving me fits. Runs ok as long as you keep the gas tank full, drop to below about 3/4 of a tank and you may or may not get where your going. When cold it will run just find for about 10-15 minutes then act up. Engine surges if you try to go any place and if you try long enough it will die but start right back up surge then die again and you can keep doing that for hours and it just keeps not running like it should. Spray carb cleaner in the intake (fuel injected 4 cylinder 1993. Replaced the fuel filter not long ago so that should not be the problem. I'm think as does the local shop that I know thinks the same that the fuel pump is going bad. Any educated guesses as to what is wrong??? Thanks Oh and by the way at one time today all 3 of my cars/truck where broke down. But at least the other 2 where or are simple fixes
