Are taxes to be paid on home made diesel? If not,I wonder if it's on Washington's to-do list. I'm suprised more rural people are not making diesel. It seems to be a natural cooperative undertaking for a large family or group of neighbors. I have been pondering wherther to buy a good solid idi diesel truck anticipating useing wvo and home made diesel if fuel costs continue climbing. Possiable taxation and/or kicking everything not epa compliant off the road soon has dampened my enthusiasm. I own late model diesels which will burn bio-dino blend but probably not bio-100 other than made under high quility control nor wvo. Anyone have reliable info on the subject?
