Rural King, & TSC are under $40 for the ratchets. located with the hydraulic, & 3pt. parts in the stores, they are painted black, & have both clevis pins already on them. PS... TSC just lowered the price this year from $90; so have clerk check the price! I bought one last year, & Love it!
When pulling disk; I would use the safety stop on the disk, & use the ratchet. Just ratchet up till it contacts hard. I had a 14 foot Kewanee which a bolt broke on the depth stop, & the rear blades (7 1/4 inch spacing) came down between my foot. While my dad was having heart failure I pulled my feet out intact. He drilled the bolt holes out bigger, & put grade 8 bolts on the same day.
