Anyone know why the clutch pedal on a B414 gas will not go all the way down. When you push it it goes half way and stops. It acts like something is stuck. I bought this not running last fall and it has been too cold to work on it but I know this problem exists. The motor is not stuck and I plan to get it running when it warms up. I rebuilt the carb this winter. It also has an electric fuel pump but I don't know why as the engine driven fuel pump seems to be ok. I also have a 364 diesel and that also has an electric fuel pump same kind (Facet). Is this some sort of factory retro fit?
