IMO it all depends on the condition of the undercarriage and if or not the engine is STUCK! If the undercarriage is 20% or less it's a scrap heap, 90% it's worth every bit of that with NO engine. You can always give it an engine transplant but the U/C and running gear is very expensive. If I found one nearby with a 50% U/C and the engine needed tweeked for $2500 I'd jump on it
