I been looking at grapalators for gathering and loading small squares. Anybody built their own? I can fabricate one pretty easy. Just not sure on all the measurements. Wish I could find a diagram. Hard to tell from the pictures

I use two of them, one on the skid loader and on the MFWD tractor and loader. I put an extra row of teeth on the front row. You can probably fabricate the main frame but the teeth will be hard to do. They are available for about $25.00 each. I have seen the complete unit sell on a public farm sale for less than $1,000 dollars. I paid less than that for mine.

Well around here I havent seen any used. Seems to be a big thing out west but there re few and far between here in Tennessee. I was thinking of marking out some teeth on a sheet of 1/4 steel and having my buddy to cut them out with his plasma cutter. Or maybe used 1 using 1in rebar. Gona try to come up with something by spring. Sure will make a huge difference far as my work load and productivity
