That is a sold by Sears house in the last picture. Look at the floor joists or any of the old original wood and see if there is a number printed on them...The brackets on the roof overhang give it away...
 
The two show pics were taken at the Winchester Historical Society show in Winchester WI.I'm from Hilbert where are you other WI guys from?
 
Looks like it could be a IH WD 40 or maybe a IH Super of some kind?? I know I have one in my garage that my dad was rebuilding before he passed away that from the parts I can see are almost identical, not sure what exactly it was though...
 
Sears sold house kits from the turn of the century till the depression, also the plans. The house could have been built form plans bought from Sears.
 
Hey Dale S- I just moved to Hilbert about a year ago from Kaukauna. Where abouts are you at? I'm 1/4 mile South of 114 on McHugh Road.

Like going to Krandy's and Village Hearthstone once in a while.
