It didnt take me long to open your posting. When my daughter was in school I teased her and her friends calling them "chicks" so I wasnt quite sure what Id find in your pics lol

I mentioned to my daughter just today that later this week I'd have to go up to Lebanon, MO to pick up some chicks. She averred that what I had said really didn't sound too good!

Years ago our neighbor here in Dallas had a few chickens. We always enjoyed the little ones. Liked how the grown ups spread the horse manure, too!

Its been a Bumper Crop of the game hens hatching chicks around the farm this year think one of them raised 12 or 13.

I made the mistake of asking for the morning off from work once so I could "Go pick up chicks at the post office".
