8n hydraulics fall when pushing in clutch

Not uncommon pull the right hand inspection plate off the one with the dip stick and with it running have a look see in side to see where you see oil moving. Bet you need new cylinder seals and most now days switch to the new and improved NAA type piston and ring. Of course if you ask down in the N forum you will get more answers
 
One of the drawbacks of the N series Fords is that they do not have live hydraulics.
You stomp the clutch your lift is off.
And as Old says you probably need to rebuild your lift piston. It shouldn't bleed down that fast.
