BIG dragline being moved!

For anyone interested near west central Indiana, there is one of the largest surviving draglines in the world being walked to a new mine 18 miles away. It can be seen straight east of Shelburn, IN off hiway 48. Shelburn is on US41. It weighs about 12.5 million pounds. Bet the road buckels when it crosses SR48!
 
Bob, When is that move going to take place? My 3 brothers lived in Hymera in the late 60's early 70's. If I could get down there my oldest brother would probably enjoy watching. Thanks Dale
 
They showed it walking on WTHI ch 10 news last night. I think they said it moves at 1/10 mile in an hour. That would be one mile in 10 hours.

Sort of like food at the grocery store.....stuff just comes out of the back room all day long....
