Roadless / Selene

Hello . This is going to sound a right off the wall question but here goes anyway . On a Roadless FWD , or and FWD for that matter : form sitting on the driving seat , to which way does the prop shaft to the front axle ? Is it clock , or anti clokwise ? Also , what happenes where a planitary axle is concerend ? Surely those planetery gears would make the wheels go round the oposite way . Thanks David

Planetary gear sets can be setup to have ring gear driven, sun gear locked planet carrier power out for gear reduction. (all rotation in the same direction)
Planetary gear sets can also be setup to have sun gear driven, ring gear locked planet carrier power out for gear reduction. (all rotation in the same direction)
Planetary gear sets can be setup to have planet carrier driven, sun gear and ring gear unequal differential power out (probably rotating in the same direction, but not in all drive circumstances.
Planetary gear sets can be setup to have ring gear driven, planet carrier locked power of sun reverse gear multiplication.
Planetary gear sets can be setup to have Sun gear driven, planet carrier locked power out of ring gear for gear reduction, reverse rotation.
These are some of the combinations and they do not deal with compound planetary sets!!!
I don't know the shaft rotation answer. Jim

On my roadless ploughmaster 65 (ford 5000) sitting in the seat looking down at the driveshaft going to the front axle it is spinning clockwise when traveling forward.

Okay thanks for the responses , they have been most helpful . It is for a posible modeling project for something that is slightly fictional and using what parts I can get .
