O/T-questions on corn planting-Bio Forge and others

Anyone ever try Bio-Forge or some of these other products that promise yield increases? We do a good job of giving the corn plenty of N, fungicides and other goodies on the good soil. Just was wondering if this product or some of those others work for you guys?? What else do you try?

Look up the MSDS for the product and you will find its a little P and K mixed with a tiny amount of some useless "magic" ingredient. Too little P or K to affect corn except corn growing in sterile sand and distilled water.

In other words, SNAKE OIL!

That's what I was wondering. They have all these "field tests", but I know anyone can tweak the numbers to make their product look good. I think I'll stick to putting my money into fert and anhydrous.

I tried some Monty's last year on beans. Sprayed the field and skipped every other pass then came back and sprayed the skipped ones with Monty's. When the weigh wagon came there was about a 1 bpa difference. Too hard to tell if that was from the Monty's or just a coincidence. The dealer has promissed free product this year to test again since last year was a weird year. Will try it again on the beans and also as a popup with the corn and over the top on the corn as well as on some alfalfa. I don't really think it helps but for free I'll give it a whirl.
