350 vortec no-start - update

After getting it into the shop and warmed up, we got down to business. We have 65 psi on the fuel rail and spark. We bled some fuel out into a jar and it was over half some red viscus gunk. So we are draining the tank and changing the filters. Apparently something found its way into the tank and plugged up the works. I suppose someone could have had some farm diesel left in a tanker and delivered a load of unleaded with it?

A friend of mine had diesel dumped in his fuel barrel at home by a delivery guy. But he didn't bother to mention it because he thought it was a small amount and wouldn't hurt anything. My friend had to have fuel injectors on every vehicle on the farm replaced. He would check the oil frequently and it would be over full. Only discovered the diesel in the oil by sending a oil sample in. The fuel supplier paid for the repairs and the delivery man lost his job.
