How Much is this WD worth

Hey all my friend up the road is wanting to sell his 1949 Ac WD for 2,000$$ Thats a lil much! It runs like a champ has 3pt every thing work on it. How much do you think its worth. I was think 1500$ to 1000$ ?

You would have to look pretty hard to find one in such a nice restorative condition.

Seems like it was taken care of, metal straight, and seems to be clean of oil leaks and grease, unless it was steamed cleaned and parked.

It would take time and money to get a $1000.00 tractor to that point.

You know the seller better than we do so it is up to the buyer as to what its worth depending on what you have to put into one.

I think he is close.---Looks good.

I have one that the paint isnt quite so nice, runs good and I just put new spin outs and tires on it. Would not consider 2000.
If you dont want it tell me where it is and I might. Son is always borrowing mine. They do a lot more for less than most give them credit for.

My book has them for $1000 to $1500 unless you live on MN then $2000 would be a good price.

I have had one listed off and on on here for $1500 OBO but I still have it and I have listed it for the last 2 years. So yep that might be a tad high for it but then the way money is right now almost any price could be high

yea i would pay 2 for it. 3pth good tires and rims. metal is overall pretty stright, has the original bullet light on the fender, fenders are pretty good, as long as most of the coesmetics are pretty good id say maybe even 2200$

I think you are about right in the $1K to $1.5K range. A good running WD has a hard time bringing over $1k in Iowa. That one looks like it has good tires, sheet metal, and a light duty 3pt. Around here WD45's typically bring $1.5K to $2.5K for a nice one. The only way you're going to get a WD over the 2K mark is with new paint, new rubber, fresh overhaul. I have $3500 in a good running D17 diesel with new rubber and good sheet metal.
