W6 tractor loses power when warmed up

I have an International W6 that loses all its power when it warms up. A couple of years ago I had a ring job done, the valves were reconditioned, and the head gasket replaced. I just cleaned the spark plugs which are like new, and I properly cleaned the points also. I also changed the gas and put in good high-test gas. The tractor has always run really good and we just use it for hay on our hobby farm. When I start it cold it has lots of power and it can go full throttle. When it warms up it idles ok at low throttle but I can't increase the throttle - it just wants to sputter and die. If I give it a bit of the choke it seems to help but only for a bit. It is not overheating. The rad is good and so is the oil level. The oil is clean and does not have gas or rad fluid mixed in it. Does anyone have any ideas on what could be wrong ?

Check the fuel delivery to the carb. Trash can allow initial delivery, then pile up on the screen in the sediment bowl, or the screen at the carb inlet fitting, and make it lean. Fuel should flow out of the line to the carb at the rate of a pint a minute or more. If it slows down (check it for a few minutes) check the vent in the gas cap, and the cleanliness of the screens. The tank supply fitting to the sediment bowl can also be plugged. Condenser and coil (as noted in the other response) can also cause it to act that way. JimN

check the temperature gage it may be getting hotter than you think therefore a water pump may be in order.
