Update on Hydraulic cylinder disassembly

There was a snap ring under the wiper seal and another seal. I think someone had added extra seals rather then dismantle and replace properly. Is there a good source for seal kits? This is off a Sherman back hoe, would New Holland Likely have the kits? Thanks for all the input of those that gave it.

I took my piston and head to the local logging machinery repair outfit. Thay had all the seals and wipers on hand and lots of good advice on how not to damage the seals on assembly. Reasonable prices to. PK
