john deere G crank cam timing?

I have a 1951 John Deere G tractor which I am restoring and am having a hard time timing the crankshaft, camshaft and magneto. Can anyone give me some info on how to line them up?

To begin with the flywheel must be on the correct cranks spline so when its Left Hand Impulse (LHI) timing mark is at 3 o clock the left piston is at dead TDC.....

Cam must be timed to crank so when flywheels Left Hand Exhaust (LHE) is at 3 o clock the left hand exhaust valves just starts to open

Govenor must be timed to cam so when flywheels LHI is at 3 o clock the open female slot in governor shafts end (where mag or dist mates) is flat horizontal fore n aft.

The clutch heavy drive disk must be on correct crank spline also (as well as flywheel) or theres big time vibration n imbalance
