I don't think you would have a problem with using hydraulic lines as long as the id is the same. You are probably using r-134a and I know the lines would with stand the pressure. Most ac lines are 45degree flare and hydraulic lines are sometimes 37 degree flare. DH
 
Fittings and threads won't be the same. Try AP Air, local auto supplies or truck shops many can build up hoses or repair the ones you have reusing old fittings maybe.

Dad tried this on his combined a few year back when we still had R-12. Put the correct fitting on some hydraulic hose because the hose build did not have Freon spec hose. The hose lasted about 30 min. fittings held but the hose blew. I do not know what R-134 would do but I WOULD NOT USE HYDRULIC HOSE.

Hydraulic hose does not work well with R12 that is for sure, something about the types of rubber.
In my one experiment of using hydraulic hose the double braid hose swelled up and leaked after only 2 days.
