A silent, 10 minute video on an attachment for Fordson tractors (and
Chevrolet cars, at the end) that allows them to run on snow. Someone
mentioned they were used to haul mail in the mountains of California in
the winter. An interesting contraption.

Looks like it might float on water too. I would have liked to have seen a minute of that as well. On the other hand, maybe it is too heavy at the back and that would affect its level or attitude.
 
If the driver got one side on a bit of pavement, the vehicle would shure move sideways in a hurry. What a unit for antartic exploration! JimN
