Great, nice pic. Wasn't so hard after all was it. Now, after pasting in the optional image url box, put a comma and hit spacebar 1 time. Then you can paste in another picture. Chris

Nice pic. Ya know. I cant say I ever tire of seeing pictures of farm equipment in the feild. I've used a 8920 a few times, great machine, wish I could afford one, wish I had enough land to justify one. I am curious what tillage tool was used prior to planting, very nice seed bed, but still a fair amount of trash for erosion control.

When the newer MX series came out I was working parts at a Case dealer. Sure had a lot of complaints about the MX tractors. No power and hydraulics would poop out with low hours. Had too many updates to do on tractors that were supposed to be in the field. They sure likes the previous Magnums like yours. Lost a couple customers to Deere over the MX series. Many farmers told me the best Magnum was the 7100 series.

No, thats not our yard in the background. But he is a great neighbor and has a beautiful yard. My dad still has his 7120, it has been a great tractor for the last 18 years for us but we bought a bigger manure tank and wanted 4wd. I looked at the MX series but i just dont see them lasting as long as the magnums. I just wish case ih would sell extra hyd remotes for these tractors, i have 3 on the 8920 and wish i had the fourth. Dad has 2 on the 7120 and wishes he had more.

I know this is a tractor forum, but after my last tractor restore, I started working on this a couple of years ago. Here it is....been driving and having alot of fun with it! It's a '42 Chevy Pickup that I've owned for over 50 years as a farm truck. It has a 350 Chevrolet engine, 5 speed manual transmission (5th gear is overdrive), 373 ratio rear end from a '94 Chevy Caprice, at 70 MPH tach reads 1700 RPM....I get 22 mile per gallon.

Thanks,
Rawhide
