Ponsi

If you are referring to the Madoff ponsi scheme, I think they are all well off enough to be politically connected, and will likely be covered by the government in some form, quietly. The whole wall street operation is a ponsi scheme in some way anyway. This whole bail out is theft by deception.
 
Let's see Enron, 30 billion. Madoff 50 billion. Does anyone out there know what the biggest Ponzi scheme ever is worth, and who is perpetrating it?
 
Biggest Ponzi scheme? I'd say Social Security. Reminds me of a bumper sticker I just saw, "Don't steal, the government is jealous".
 
The Federal Government, cuz we gotta pay"em or they put us in jail and take it anyway. Isn"t that kinda what the mafia does, the King of England did? Oh well, ponsi, extortion, racketerring, what ever.
 
Without a doubt it´s Social Security. New people coming in have to pay for the ones who were there first. As long as more new ones pay than old ones take out it works, but as soon as more take than put in, it is a Ponzi scheme and will fail. Look at the mess the UAW is facing. Same thing.
