my hyd wont lift up or down when there ia a tool on it as trouble shooting goes could this be from water in hyd this causing no prime i did take every thing apart and it seems everything is in working order i ordered gaskets to possibley stop any leaks but while hyd unit is out what else should i check for
 
Pull the right side inspection cover, the one with the dip stick. Start the tractor and put the PTO in gear and move the control handle in the up position. Watch inside for oil movement and if you see any then you have found about where the problem is. Do you have the I-T FO 4 manual?? If you don't get one it explains things well and what to look for and how also to fix/work on it. Oh you do have the PTO going when you try to use your hyds. RIGHT??

right now i have both sides the top and bottom off when i first started inspecting it i did just take the right side off and it seemed that oil was only coming from the top tube
 
Top tube or the cylinder?? If in fact the cylinder you will need to replace the piston with the u[ grade NAA type piston and that should fix the problem. Did that not long ago in an 8N and the 3 point will stay up with a brush hog on it for weeks
