Anybody from Brookings SD area?

Hello, My name is Curt Kluver and I am a college student here at South Dakota State University for ROTC and Ag Marketing. Does anybody have any projects they need help with this winter up here around Brookings? I love to mess with the older two cylinders and stuff like that. I have a 1950 that I completely rebuilt from the ground up. I paid 500 bucks for the tractor at a farm sale in Iowa and believe I have just over six thousand stuck into it. Its amazing how fast things add up for them. I also have a 1020 McCormick Deering I am wanting to restore. I do have it running now but I still need to do some fine tuning to it. I recently bought a little HD5 Allis Dozer for my next winter project. However, during the week up here at school, it gets boring. Anybody have anything going on they need some help with? Always here during the week. Thankyou
 
Curt, I live outside of Brookings, not looking for any help, but would be glad to get togther. e-mail when ever you get a chance. Mike
 
Ain't much of nothing else to do during a week at college except join a fraternity and drink the week away.

That's why I commute to my college, to avoid the "greek" oversocialization
 
Omaha is closer to my home town. I am north of omaha actually as my home town. I have a 1950 John Deere B. Its actually called a cyclone B
 
I live south of you in Nebraska across from Vermillion. I also have a 1020 that I have had running, but it will start ot get warm and slowly run out of power and die at an idle or trying to throttle it up. Don't know why yet
