If im right, you can (after runnning it dry) pour some gasoline in it to get it warmed up, then pour some kerosine in when the gas is mostally gone. Just make sure to run the kerosine all out, or somehow make sure theres gas or nothing in the carb when you shut it off. I dont think you need a seprate manifold if walt davies's case can run on diesal, but im not for sure.
 
All fuel tractors have 2 fuel tanks.Some have special manifolds.Kerosene was 10 cents a gallon when gas cost 20 cents.I have used all fuel tractors and own one now.Kerosene diluted crank case oil.Not good.
 
Has to do more with engine compression then the manifold. They where lower compression engines then a plain gas engine was. The manifold did help because it was made to get hotter then the plain gas ones where
