O.T.? Sorta - Dodge 3500 Cummins Light

My Dodge Cummins is a 2012 (before def). It has 220,000 miles. I use it to haul my pulling tractors. Recently I had the oil changed (NOT at a dealer). Now the Service Air Filter message comes up about every half mile. I took it back. Still the same. I took it to the dealer. He said air filter was the problem, put in a new one. Still the same. Now dealer wants me to bring it in (maybe for several days???) while they figure out the problem. I don't wanna pay for their learning experiences. Any ideas? Kelly

disconnect the ground cable for one minute and let it reset its self. see if it still comes on. dont need a dealer to put out a light.

It could be a malfunctioning mass air flow sensor. If the sensor tells the computer not enough air is incoming it would think the air cleaner is clogged.

If you are lucky it will be this:
