Please watch video. Its acting like a fuel issue. Starving for fuel. Governor surging, Acts like choke is pulled out

So. It runs normal for 20-30 min. Then Acts up like in video let the tractor sit. For an hour. Or so and it does the exact same thing.

Ive changed the starter, fuel pump. Carb kits, coil, distributor kit, spark plugs, Im waiting parts for the fuel cap, Air filter, solenoid

Hello bood welcome to YT! I am not sure how you tried to attach the video but it should attach by the ..Choose files.. button at the bottom of the Posting or Reply box. I would suspect your problem may be caused by lack of proper fuel delivery to the carb. Not real familiar with those Fords. Will the fuel flow by gravity to the fuel pump? If so, if you unhook the line at the pump does it run out like a 4 beer pe e or is it just a dribble. If the latter you will have to find the restriction. Sometimes crud in the tank can block the exit hole.
 
May need to drain tank and remove shut off valve to check strainer if you don't get a good flow out of tank. Diesels were bad about stopping up in tank.
