rope trip plow wheel removal help

Can't get the wheel off the axle.
Two bottom rope trip plow; John Deere 61? (can't make out the number real good). This is the wheel that runs in the furrow not the clutch side.
See the flanged sleeve? It has to come off the axle shaft in order for the wheel to come off. I can't get the flanged sleeve to move at all. How is it attached? Does anyone know?
I removed the pin that I thought was holding it on and thought it should slide off...nope. Nothing.

See pictures. Thanks for any help. Michael

The single bottom is the 61, the 2 bottom is the 62. We had 2 of the 62 plows years ago. Never had a wheel off when I was around, around 40+ years ago so no help.

Single bottom was a 51, 2 bottom could have been a 52. There are several different models of the 2 bottom. The number on the beam is not the plow number, but the part number for the plow model.

Tyler the Plow Guy has a U tube video on how to remove the wheel. I have a #52 plow and needed to remove and replace the bearing in that wheel. Once you watch the video you will see how easy it is to do. Tom in Mn.

Removing that bearing was the subject of Tyler Bucheit's article in the last Green Magazine. He said it's almost impossible to get it off without destroying it, they have been there so long they won't budge...the good news is he has a repair kit to replace the broken one if needed.

Sleepy, I apologize for my first comment but I went online to look for that video but could not find it. Yes there is an article in the Green Magazine for your issue though. Tom in Ann
