(quoted from post at 17:37:28 10/16/21) Getting and paying for signature required delivery solves all these problems.
Most everyone including UPS and FedEx has gone to no signature required to cut cost.
Problem is most shop cost and expect high dollar service.
Another option is to buy the item local and let them order it in.
USPS UPS and FedEx never dump their deliveries on the curb so they get the item.
But again this requires shopping service rather than cost.
(quoted from post at 23:54:30 10/16/21) Ordered a book the other day never came but the post office shows it was delivered well it wasnt now neither eBay or PayPal will do anything with it
(quoted from post at 23:10:04 10/16/21) There are no book stores anymore thanks To Amazon . The closest place that sometimes has these books is a 200 mile round trip

(quoted from post at 14:30:26 10/18/21) I would like to know how exactly this scam works. Who pays whom how much to "fake" the package running through their tracking system?
Never assume conspiracy when simple stupidity will explain things.
