Whew! they look like nice bales. With the dry conditions, is there a reason they made more. (still seems like a modest amount compared to the Midwest.) Is there any change in the irrigation allotment? Jim

We are at 50% water. Hope it doesn't go any lower. No rain for months.worst drought in recorded history. :( No idea why it did better. More/ better fertilizer?better/more efficient watering?

There was no rain in sight from Saturday to this coming Friday night so I dropped 4 fields and got rain again last evening, not a lot but enough that I won't be able to bale today. It's been a really wet spring here in S.E. Ohio and I'm about a month behind so far on my hay. Guess I'll go tedd it again today after it dries some and hope for the best. Sorry for the lack of rain and the fire threat you folks are having out west. Keith
