Somebody did a lot of work on it. Cudos for that!
To me, I think it's an early 2N with 8N front hubs and rims.
Hood is 9N/2N with no breather inlet through the side.
But it has a generator on the right side with an adjuster.
Albeit looks to be a shop built adjuster.
I can't say I'm a fan of the color scheme either, but it's there's!

Gotta agree with Royse. Sometimes you have to admire the workmanship and effort that went into something like that, even if the end result is not something you personally would have done. Whoever did this tractor obviously put a lot of time and effort into it and is to be commended for that.
