I actually took this photo in a truck stop back when I was
driving. Never seen a buddy seat in a toilet til then.

No offense to anyone or to make it sound like a double standard as long as that is in a women's bathroom its fine but not in a mens a little too close for comfort.
 
We have a chair in the restroom at work also, I think its in ours because it doubles as a changing room.
 
Must be nobody ever had to help a person in a wheelchair use a restroom.
This set up is very helpful to the assistant and the patient's dignity.
 
I have built many handclap accessable bathrooms in group homes and commercial buildings. I understand.
 
i remember a saying from long time ago. do i have to hold your hand going to the bathroom ,that would be outhouses.
