I'm heading out to Arlington iowa tomorrow morning at 6 am to see if I can get this to fit on my gooseneck.

This fit earlier today. Bought by a Mennonite at Hennessey imp consignment sale. I hauled a Deere 7400 yesterday.

Why not tow it?
Bring an extra grease gun, don't go highway speeds,
check the tires frequently.
Or is it too far?
I once towed a NH bale wagon from Saskatoon to Salt lake City.
Those wagons trail nice!!

I was gonna tow it, but chickened out. It has a goofy tire size - 11.25-28 on a 9 lug hub. I do not have a spare of that size. It is 77 miles away.
 
77 miles is nothing. Grease the hubs and roll. In a busy day that thing probably sees more miles than that anyway. It'll fit, but it's gonna be pretty tall.

I wouldn't tow it without a spare. That sort of thing leads to "no luck but bad luck" LOL. You could always back it on and then remove the wheels.

It's 10 feet tall. It'll be 12.5 feet on the trailer. I hauled a 4400 combine, a 706 Uni, and a few gravity boxes that were taller. I really like to have a spare along if I pull equipment. Better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it. I asked the seller if he had a spare he would sell me. He doesn't. If he did, I'd pull it.
 
Both the dump carts were cheap-most stuff was. Sale was 20 mi. from me-Son bought the IH weights and picked them up yesterday. The auctioneer-Dave- is a very nice guy. Good Luck---Tee
