I bought a security system with infra red cameras that can be controlled by the owner. It does all kinds of stuff, like call you if it detects movement, PTZ, etc.
Anyway, after I got it and opened it up, I found it requires a Smart phone to be able to access. I have a flip top phone(old-timer).
Have a neighbor that visits family down south for weeks at a time. His tractors sit out in covered sheds. He has no security systems.
I thought that he may be able to use it since he has a Smart phone. I told him about the security system features and asked if he could use it. He said he could. He offered to pay me for it. I told him I'd give it to him but, if he didn't like it or couldn't use it, just give it back to me.
A few months later I asked how he liked the security system and camera usage. He said he never hooked it up but sold it.
That kinda irked me. What do y'all think?
