Had a guy leave the clips out on the
injected joints once. Sheared the bell
housing off the transmission when the
drive shaft came out while under power.

My renter's son found it too much trouble to unlock the hubs on his '99 superduty and drove it with the front driveshaft rattling until the front joint fell apart.

Broke the cast iron manual transmission case AND the transfer case, and (I'm pretty sure) soiled a pair of undies.
