Wagner loader for NAA/Jubilee

I picked up a Wagner loader I'd like to install on my Ford NAA/Jubilee. Everything is there and it looks in good shape. Problem I have is I think the drive shaft from the crankshaft pulley to the pump is too short. Anybody got one or know where I can get one?

Some loaders require the removal of the grill. The Wagner "jungle gym" on my 8N has the pump forward of the grill and the pump shaft went through the crank handle hole of the grill. I think it is 12" long (from shakey memory). I would have to check it to be sure.
I have a step through Wagner that I want to install on my NAA Jubilee. Initially it looks like I have to remove the grill. I really do not like doing that so I have not mounted it yet.
Some of the parts suppliers have the crank pulley, pulley adaptor and the splined shaft.

Check out the top of this page under Ford 8N,9N,2N hydraulics section for a shaft

Ok guys I know this may be a dumb question but please bear with me because I am not figuring it out. I have a shaft and coupler and based on my eyeballimg it looks too short and looks like the ones you have suggested, however what I am seeing in the parts your suggesting and what I have I still cant figure out how to couple it. Reason is on the front end of the crank I have the fan belt pulley and the grab for the hand crank. So do you have to remove the hand crank grab or is there something or a bracket that pushes the drive shaft out off that hand crank catch on the crank?
