Belt pulley

Anyone know where you could get the paper or what ever that stuff for a belt pulley? The layers all came off of ours. I don t know the brand of pulley that we have.

I live over in Mass. We ended up having two of these saw rigs. One ended up in the barn fire we had in 2013 and this one came out of one of the old equipment building. We ended up cutting enough wood for a day today.
