I posted yesterday about the bale thrower not working right. I took the valve apart and cleaned and greased it and it is some better but not 100% yet. In watching bales today I wonder if maybe I do not need to adjust the linkage on the thrower trip. Will have to measure some bales and look at the book first. Once in while it throws one sort of end over end which tells me it is tripping a little soon or a little late. I did lube the linkages. Thanks to the people that posted ideas. Tom

Didn't remember this until now- the arm next to the valve pivots on a bushing, I think on a 3/8" bolt. That can corrode, and still work, but erratically, until it won't trip at all. Yet you can still trip it by hand, and not notice the problem.

is your plunger knife sharp or set up close enough , I know that will send them end over end good luck
