brake stuck on Allis chamber 160

Hello, I recently bought a 160 and used a couple times just fine. Now The left brake seems to be locked up. Right brake seems to be working fine, but it won't loosen any tension on the left one just stays stuck in position. Any suggestions? thanks!

You can go to the right and go down on the AC board and ask but a guy named Tradional Farmer should answer here. He and one more ac expert hang around here and should answer.
