Massey Harris 22 colt and mustang questions

Guys I found a Massey for sale looks like a 22 or colt. Question is what is the big difference in the 3? I know they had the flathead 4 continental. One book I have is very vague, one source said the colt replaced the 22. Any one that can add to it, many thanks.
 
Well, there were three MH models starting with "2" ..... the 20, the 22, and the 21 Colt (in order of appearance). All three evolved from the MH 81 and 82's earlier in the 40's. The 20's were made from 46-48, the 22 from 48-53, and the 21 (Colt) from 52-53 according to Tractordata.com. The 20 & 22 were essentially the same tractor with some small differences, those Continental engines came in 124, 140, and 162 cubic inch versions (same engine with different cylinder bores). Below is a link to the model 21 COLT .... you can find specific info on it once you go into the Tractor Data website. Tractor Data has similar pages for the 20 and the 22, easy to find once you are in there. Funny that they list the Colt (21) as having the smaller of the three engines. Until today, I've never heard of the Colt being referred to as the model 21. Basically they are much the same .... coming in later, maybe the Colt had factory hydraulics optional, not sure about that.
MH Colt model 21 information ....
 
Sometimes I question tractor data but have looked at it. The colt was made only 2 years. What a way to keep something around 1940 to 57 with 5 number changes. The 162 was used in the mh30 also.
 
the colt had the 124ci engine, 22 and mustang had the 140, the 30 had a 168.I have all four of these. My dad bought them to restore but never got the chance. I hoping I can get to them some day. My 22 runs and is painted with MF red no hood. I have used it to rake hay does good for that.

Also have a 44 I was raised on. It did all our disk work. While the JD720 did the plowing.
