Cab visibility

I think this takes the cake for modern era tractors. But at least there isn?t a center post.

I don?t mind not Being able to see out the front as bad as not being able to see out the back had an Agco at work at 2005 and to see the drawbar you had to kneel on the seat talk about fun trying to hook an implement up . Case 4490 wasn?t a lot better and the clutch was so jerky you couldn?t move it less than 2 feet at a time

You had a problem with the 4490 if it was jerky. Smooth as silk unless you don't know how to use it. Heel on the floor and ease it out...my 2470 and 4690 are smooth.

About the worst visibility problems I have seen are some of the modern tractors set up with all the monitors in the right side window for planters, sprayer, gps, etc. Looked like you could hardly see around all the screens I try to keep all mine (don't have many) low down out of the way but still visible.

I agree. Some of the setups I?ve seen you couldn?t see out the right window. The most any of our equipment has it two monitors. One is mounted on the corner post down low and the other is on the armrest. Neither are in the way.

That can happen if the shift valves get out of adjustment. With the Gages it's a few minutes work to fix.

Jon if that tractor had been in a little bit better shape I?d have bought it she ran good and would start In below zero In about revolutions it needed some front end work and the rear steering didn?t work

I guess my 135 is set up like that but I'd never paid any attention after all these years of looking down the hood. I had to pull up this picture to see. They put the air cleaner straight ahead of the muffler on the 105.

No, it has FOUR posts.

How can you say that's better than Deere's ONE post that's offset to the left and is in line with the muffler and air cleaner?

Ya,OK,I just looked again. The air cleaner and muffler are in line on that 135,that's why I never noticed. The air is behind the muffler instead of ahead of it. You had me drawing a blank there for a while.
