You fellas in the upper mid-west are about to get even more snow in a couple days? Wow will you farmers have time to put in a crop this year?

Thankyou for your concern. So. central Mn. here. They are calling for 8+ inches here. Blowing and drifting. Blizzard conditions. We'll be alright. I've been farming on my own for 49 years. Never been a year I didn't get the crop in.

They're saying 4" here on Thursday. Then 40 above the next day. And low 50s all next week. The snow will stick around long enough to make a mess of things.

Yea, they have 8 inches Wednesday, 11 inches Thursday in the forecast with winds 40-55 gusts.

Then a 1/2 inch of rain next Tuesday, and rainy drippy days around it.

River is still 5 feet over flood stage, roads are closed. Doesn?t look like that will change soon.

This is starting year 4 of miserable moisture week after week here.

We had a 14 inch snow storm last April same week. Planting was really late last year.

Drags on a person.

It?s barely the first week of April if it were the first week of June I?d be a little worried not much corn goes in the ground here until the end of May first of June here I?ve also planted dry farm spring barley the end of June and had an excellent crop also planted field potatoes the end of June and still made an excellent crop
