I dont know if I would call that a can light either. Looks much easier to install and takes much less room.

I knew what you meant.... even out here on the west coast, pot light is the common name for recessed ceiling fixtures.

Now if you are talking about grow-op lights that's another story. But the common name for them is Gro-lights.
